This map details the sections of the Sunshine Coast Trail.  

Section 1: Sarah Point to Malaspina Road (0 km to 21.3 km) Section 2: Malaspina Road to Powell Lake (21.3 km to 50.2 km) Section 3: Powell Lake to Fiddlehead (50.2 km to 81.4 km) Section 4: Fiddlehead to Eagle River (81.4 km to 135.7 km) Section 5: Eagle River to Saltery Bay (135.7 km to 178 km) .

Please note that Section 4 and 5 offer the most mountainous conditions and are for experienced hikers only.
